Technooclip corund 2-3.0 semi-automat
The clipper TECHNOCLIP CORUND 2-3.0 Semi-Automat is designed for clipping two ends of sausage loafs. Is equally suitable either for small meat-processing plants, or for big meat factories. Allows to clip any artificial or natural casing with diameter from 40 to 120 mm.
The output is up to 6 tons in a shift with the casing diameter 120 mm. Provides the possibility of production of: single sausages, sausage chains, sausage rings and half-rings.
The clipper can be mounted as separately from the filler, so to be switched to it electrically and mechanically. With pressing the button on a clipper handle, the signal goes to filler to start stuffing.
The stuffing stops by signal of portioning device along the sausage length, or by the filler itself. The filled casing is pressed by the handle of clipping machine in the place of clipping, the stuffing comes out of casing in that place, and clipping process goes. During the process, loop or twine is supplied.
